Return and Exchange Policy

Items being returned or exchanged within 14 days of the customer receiving their items and must be in new, unused condition and free of odor and pet hair. The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.

Exchanges can be made for a different size. Returns can be made for Store Credit Only. Refund values will not include initial or return shipping costs.

Once a return has been approved, the customer has 14 days to return items to American Farm Company to receive store credit for the amount of the product's current pricing.

Upon receiving returned items, American Farm Company reserves the right to deny the return if in fact the item is not in new condition. If denied, the customer can then decide if they would like to pay to have the denied items shipped back to them.

The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges: Free Gifts with purchase, Grab Bags, items discounted over 20%, and Seasonal Items Marked As Final Sale.

In circumstances not meeting any of the above guidelines, American Farm Company will work with the customer to reasonably handle the return/exchange situation.
