At American Farm Company, we believe shopping should be simple, stress-free, and fair. That’s why we back every purchase with our 30-Day No-Hassle Guarantee. If your order isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Your Options

Option 1: Store Credit + $10 Bonus Credits
  • Receive the full purchase value as store credit plus an extra $10.
  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, unworn, and have original sku attached.
  • A simple way to save on your next order while supporting the farm family.
Option 2: Refund to Original Payment Method
  • Get a refund for the product cost only.
  • Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
  • Tip: Keep the sku on until you’re sure you love it!

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover everything.
  • Choose a free exchange (shipping both ways on us), or
  • Select a refund or store credit option.

How to Start a Return

We’ve made returns simple—just click below to get started:

  1. Submit your return request through our portal.
  2. Choose whether you’d like store credit (+ $10 bonus credits) or refund to original form of payment
  3. Once authorized, ship the item back securely.
    1. Return shipping is free if your item was damaged or incorrect.
    2. Otherwise, the customer pays return shipping.
  4. When your return arrives, we’ll process it within 5 business days.
Important: Returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have original sku attached. Items that don’t meet these conditions will not be eligible.

What Can’t Be Returned?

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
  • Free gifts with purchase
  • Grab bags
  • Clearance-marked items
  • Used beauty products
  • Worn, washed, apparel without sku
  • Holiday items (see below)
  • Items specifically marked “Final Sale”

Special Holiday Returns

  • Orders placed between November 1 and December 14 qualify for extended holiday returns through January 14.
  • Orders placed after December 14 follow our standard 30-day return policy.
  • Seasonal or holiday items purchased after December 10 are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Holiday returns are eligible for store credit only (+$10 bonus).
