INSTRUCTIONS
Put biscuits in to bake at 375 F till not quite done.
While biscuits are baking, brown meat. I like to use a deep cast iron skillet or Dutch oven. Add the next 4 ingredients and mix well. Heat until bubbly. Pour into casserole dish or leave in the skillet if chose to use cast iron
Take your slightly under-done biscuits, place on top, and sprinkle with Cheese.
Bake for 25 min at 375 F or until biscuits are golden brown and Cheese is melted

brown sugar (to taste)
1 can Pillsbury biscuits

HOW TO COOK BEEF FOR HUNGRY JACK CASSEROLE?
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, with chopped onion and garlic powder, over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess fat. You can also add some herbs like oregano to your ground beef if you'd like.
Or simply brown the meat in a deep iron skillet and then add salt, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and pork and beans for a savory twist.
HOW LONG SHOULD YOU BAKE HUNGRY JACK CASSEROLE?
Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven when the cheese is melted and the biscuits are golden brown. If you notice that the cheese is not melted, bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve warm!
