The spout broke in half WHILE I was drinking it. I sent an email to inform them and all they said was thanks for letting them know, no apologies about their faulty product. They also said that they would send me a replacement lid. I guess they forgot about sending it. I sent them an email again to ask about it and crickets. I haven’t received a response. Won’t be buying from this company again. Customer service lacks.
The cup is not leakproof just leak resistant —my granddaughter would spill it easily. It needs the functionality of a —truly leakproof cup like the Brumate—A etched design would be perfect if the coated design wasn’t possible. I will plan on returning the cups in hope of you offering a better version. Thanks!
Great size cup, comfortable handle, I love it!
Like the chickens for decorations and green color, so I could not resist. Trying to drink more water which a 40 Oz cup will help fulfill that. Lid fits well, handle is comfortable. My only negative is that I would like to drink without straw at times.
Cute cup but the straw is terrible to drink out of. like you are sucking air out of it and can't get your drink out.

Such a cute cup and design! However when I drink out of it from the straw it’s a little hard. Almost like the straw doesn’t fit all the way or it doesn’t want to go in the straw? Not sure how to describe it but it’s not easy to drink out of. Super cute cup though! I can always switch out the straws!
I love the design of the cup. However, the straw doesn't provide an even flow of liquid. As you sip, it almost feels like there are air bubbles and makes an audible sound. I have tested it out with a variety of liquids and verified the straw is connected correctly. I expected it to be a favorite cup but have not been overall satisfied with this issue.
