⭐️ 1 Star — Completely Misleading and Unethical Business Practices I am beyond disappointed with this company. I ordered matching bamboo outfits — two baby onesies and two polos — because they advertised that all items were made from the same soft bamboo material. That was a lie. Only the baby pieces were bamboo; the adult polos were made from a cheap, stiff fabric that didn’t match at all. When I reached out to return or exchange them, they flat-out refused. No flexibility, no accountability, and zero customer service. For a company that markets itself as “family-friendly,” they clearly don’t care about their customers — or honesty in their advertising. To make it worse, the baby onesies ran extremely small. My son Enzo couldn’t even wear them comfortably, and I had no way to fix the problem because they wouldn’t honor a simple return for items that were clearly misrepresented. Save yourself the headache — don’t waste your money here. There are plenty of brands that actually tell the truth about their materials and care about their customers. This isn’t one of them.
