The Ultimate Ground Beef Cookbook

I looked through this cookbook as soon as it came and I cannot wait to try some of the recipes! This will be a new favorite cookbook.

was hoping there was a bit more to the recipe book for the money, but what is here is useful :)

Love this cookbook! Lots of simple, small ingredient list recipes.

Many familiar, but also some new and unique recipes. Great gift giving idea and harvest helper!

Lots of easy recipes that can be made by the average family! I feel like many cookbooks have complex recipes that are for special occasions or don't get used at all but this book has so many easy, yummy, quick recipes! Can't wait to try them! Only giving 4 stars because there are some repetitive recipes with minor variations (meatloaf, etc).

Recipes don’t call for anything I don’t already have in my pantry. Easy to follow instructions. The only thing it makes a lot for only two people so I have to make freezer meals.

Does it get any better than this? Complete with real life families with each recipe, truly makes you feel like you are connecting with farmers across the country when making their foods!

Great cookbook. Tons of unique recipes and easy to make. Comes in handy all the time in our kitchen.

I LOVE cookbooks and hamburger so this is perfect. I sat down and read it cover to cover. Real recipes from real farm ladies using real ingredients! Those make the best cookbooks!

Ranch wife here. We are always overly supplied with ground beef but I struggled to come up with more recipes. This is exactly what I needed and it’s AMAZING. Pictured is the Pizza Cups pg. 21!

Crazy that my sister and I were discussing Ground beef recipes and someone really needs to come up with a cookbook with just ground beef recipes. Both of us discussing recipes we make on a rotation in our households. Living on farms we both always have an abundance of hamburger in our freezers. Seems like every night is a hamburger dish. And the very next day your add popped up in my feed. You know how Facebook is always listening. Crazy! I bought one for myself and one for her for a Christmas gift. Best book ever and the best part about it is that most of the recipes are staple ingredients you just have in your house!

It has so many good recipes and I love that each one has its own family to go with it.

I have made a few of the meals already and I haven’t been disappointed. I love it!

I work on a Tugboat and I am always looking for new simple recipes. What a great tool to have for transforming simple ground beef into great dinner ideas.

If you have a freezer full of ground beef, do yourself a huge favor and add this cookbook to your kitchen! I no longer feel like I am making the same meals over and over again! We have loved the new ground beef recipes!

I have been cooking with ground beef my whole life. I love that there is now a cookbook that uses common sense, normal recipes that I don’t have to shop the other ingredients from a gourmet food store. This will become my favorite book very quickly.

Nicely put together. Pretty hard to change up recipes as they mostly have the same ingredients. Nice for a young or new cook without much knowledge.

These are delicious, simple to make dishes. Love everything I've tried so far.

We buy our beef from a local rancher, nothing better. My problem has always been, "How do I change it up?" This cookbook is full of inspiration! When I made the Beef Wontons, my son said "Wow!" When he saw them, because you eat with your eyes first..& then he loved them from the 1st bite. Tons more delicious recipes, the Taverns were a crowd pleaser too. This book answers my question of: "What's for dinner?"

This little cookbook has a lot of super simple and super good ground beef recipes of all kinds and types! I use this cookbook weekly or even more often at times. I like it because all the recipes are well tested and enjoyed home cooked recipes. You will not be disappointed.

Just what I was looking for, a way to be creative with hamburger. It is easy to go through the steaks and roasts. But when you get to the point where there a lot of burger in the bottom of the freezers, you need to get creative and your cook book did just that. Even the kids are picking out different recipes to try.

Appreciate the format. Easy to read and spiral bound. Enjoyed seeing talented homemaker's family and location. That also gives a unique twist to the recipes. With today's economy, many of us may be using more ground beef in our menu rotations. So the 'Ultimate Cookbook' is not only comprehensive but also timely. I selected Skillet Shepherd's Pie to be my first recipe to prepare. It was excellent!
